Our NW boys' and girls' cross-country teams participated in the Concord Invite @ Concord High School, 8/26. Seven teams participated in the meet. Both our boys' and girls' teams came in 4th place. Of our 14 runners who competed yesterday, we had 12 PRs (personal records). We also had 11 runners who received a medal. It was our 1st competition of the year, and the progress the athletes are making is inspiring.
